Questions & support
Payment, delivery and coverage first. If yours isn’t here, email us and a person will reply.
When do I pay?
Not when you send the form. You send trip details, we confirm within 24 hours that we can cover your water and your dates and give you an exact delivery deadline, and only then do we ask for the $49. If we can’t cover it, you hear that instead and you pay nothing.
When does it arrive?
Both PDFs land in your inbox within 48 hours of payment.
Booking further out than the forecast reaches? The coverage answer still comes inside 24 hours. The delivery deadline is then set to the 48 hours before you fish rather than 48 hours from payment, so the plan is built on the real forecast. Same $49, and the deadline is always confirmed before payment.
What are the deliverables?
You get a StrikePlan and a one-page Cockpit Card, both as PDFs. The StrikePlan carries the locations, charts, setups, reasoning, conditions and local detail to read before you go. The Cockpit Card keeps the coordinates, routes, rigs and decision rules within reach on the water.
How is coverage determined?
Tell us where and when you plan to fish, what you want to catch and how you’ll be fishing. We review the request and confirm coverage within 24 hours, before payment. We are not on every water yet, and a straight no costs you nothing.
How long is the StrikePlan?
As long as your trip needs. Coverage drives length: one day on familiar water is a shorter document than three days across unfamiliar ground. You can read all nine pages of the September 2026 sample on the Sample Plan page and judge for yourself. We don’t pad to hit a number.
What does a StrikePlan cost?
$49 covers your StrikePlan and a one-page Cockpit Card for one agreed trip. No subscription, no packs, no discounts. The price is the same whether the trip is next weekend or next season.
Are there catch guarantees?
No. Fish move, and sometimes they simply don’t bite. What StrikePlan guarantees is that the plan is built and checked for the agreed water and the dates you bought — not that the fish will cooperate. Even on a slow day you’ll still have your locations, your setups and a call to make.
What if I’m not happy?
If we get something wrong — a closed area, a bad coordinate, a rule that didn’t apply — we fix it or we refund you. We don’t refund because the fish didn’t bite; nobody can promise that, and we tell you so before you pay.
What if my trip changes?
Email orders@getstrikeplan.com as soon as the water, dates, launch or other major details change. Each plan is built for an agreed date window, so a different trip may need a revised or new plan. Pre-trip questions are welcome when they reach us at least 12 hours before you fish.
Can I share the plan?
It’s yours to use on the water and to share with the people in your boat. It is licensed for personal use, so please don’t resell it, republish it, or use it to build a competing product.
Still stuck? Email support@getstrikeplan.com and a person will reply.
Stop researching. Start with a plan.
Tell StrikePlan where you’re going. We’ll turn the homework into something you can actually fish.
The plan supports your judgment. It doesn’t replace current regulations, navigation charts or a safe call on the day.
