Order terms

These terms apply to orders placed with StrikePlan LLC, Washington, USA.

Payment and scope

One payment of $49 covers the trip scope and date window confirmed by email. There is no subscription. A request does not place an order. We confirm coverage, complete details and the delivery deadline before payment.

Changes and cancellation

Cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once preparation has begun, contact us before changing your trip: a different date, waterbody or scope may need a new plan, agreed before any extra charge.

Delivery

If we cannot deliver the agreed package by the confirmed deadline, you may choose a revised deadline or a full refund. If the delivered files are missing, unreadable or materially different from the agreed scope, contact orders@getstrikeplan.com so we can correct the issue or refund the affected order.

Licence and use

Your StrikePlan and Cockpit Card are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own trips, including the people fishing with you. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or commercially reproduce them, scrape or bulk-extract their contents, or use them to build or train a competing commercial product or service. StrikePlan LLC retains all rights in the documents, the charts and annotations we prepare, the wording, the layout and the StrikePlan name and marks. Ask us first if you want to use any of it beyond your own fishing.

What the plan covers

The plan is guaranteed current only for the agreed dates purchased. During that window, material weather alerts, regulation changes and launch closures that affect the plan are flagged when available. Fishing results and safe conditions cannot be guaranteed. Always follow current official rules and conditions. A poor catch alone is not grounds for a refund. These terms do not limit rights that apply by law.
